| If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. For as the lightning flashes in the east and shines to the west, so it will be when the Son of Man comes. | So if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out there. If they say, ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For just as lightning comes from the east and is visible even in the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be. |
| Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear. | Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. |
| So you, too, must keep watch! For you don’t know what day your Lord is coming. | Therefore, keep watch, for you do not know the day when your Lord is coming. |
