Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.Call to me and I will answer you and reveal to you great and mysterious secrets about which you are unaware.
Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things.Just as you do not know the path of the wind or how the body is formed in a woman’s womb, so you do not know the work of God, the Creator of all.
People with understanding control their anger; a hot temper shows great foolishness.A patient man shows good sense, but a quick-tempered man displays the height of folly.
Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgment.The beginning of wisdom is: acquire wisdom, and no matter what the cost, acquire understanding.
The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.”I will instruct you and guide you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and keep my eyes upon you.
People may be right in their own eyes, but the Lord examines their heart.A man’s ways may seem right to him, but the Lord weighs the heart.
So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.For our eyes are fixed not on what is seen but rather on that which cannot be seen. What is visible is transitory; what is invisible is eternal.
Asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God.I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation to know him.
You can make many plans, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.Many are the plans in a human mind, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will prevail.
But test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil.Test everything, and hold fast to what is good. Avoid every form of evil.
The teaching of your word gives light, so even the simple can understand.The explanation of your words gives light and imparts understanding to the simple.

Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding.Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the eternal God, the Creator of the earth’s farthest boundaries. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding cannot be scrutinized.
We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do.Although we are human beings, we do not engage in battle according to human standards.
Rather, you must grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All glory to him, both now and forever! Amen.Rather, grow in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for all eternity. Amen.
What sorrow awaits those who argue with their Creator. Does a clay pot argue with its maker? Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying, ‘Stop, you’re doing it wrong!’ Does the pot exclaim, ‘How clumsy can you be?’Woe to anyone who rises up against his Maker, or to the pot that is displeased with the potter. Does the clay say to the one who molds it, “What are you doing? Your work makes no sense.”
Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways!Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How inscrutable are his judgments and how unfathomable his ways!
Joyful is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gains understanding.Blessed is the person who has found wisdom, the one who has gained understanding.
Get wisdom; develop good judgment. Don’t forget my words or turn away from them.Acquire wisdom and gain understanding; never forget or turn aside from my words.
And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else.While experiencing temptation, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, and he himself tempts no one.
For you, a thousand years are as a passing day, as brief as a few night hours.For to you a thousand years are like a yesterday that has passed or one of the watches of the night.
Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”Jesus replied, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above.”
I want them to be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have complete confidence that they understand God’s mysterious plan, which is Christ himself.I want their hearts to be encouraged and united in love so that they may grow rich in their complete understanding as they come to the knowledge of the mystery of God, that is, Christ.
There is no longer Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus.There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free man, there is no longer male or female. For all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
