The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? The Lord is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?
I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. SelahFinally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the Lord.” And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone.
If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.

I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.I look up to the mountains— does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth!
For You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me.You are my rock and my fortress. For the honor of your name, lead me out of this danger.
