My pleasure (2/4)

In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.In my anguish I cried out to the Lord and called to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.
Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; do not hold your peace at my tears. For I am your passing guest, an alien, like all my forebears.Hear my prayer, O Lord; do not be deaf to my cry or ignore my weeping. For I am a wayfarer before you, a nomad like all my ancestors.
For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from him.In God alone be at rest, O my soul; it is from him that my hope comes.
For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation. In God alone is my soul at rest; it is from him that my salvation comes.

You shall keep my sabbaths and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.Observe my Sabbaths and stand in awe before my sanctuary. I am the Lord.
O Lord, all my longing is known to you; my sighing is not hidden from you.O Lord, all my longing is known to you, and my sighs are not hidden from you.
Then I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not hide my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the guilt of my sin. SelahThen I acknowledged my sin to you, and I made no attempt to conceal my guilt. I said, “I will confess my offenses to the Lord,” and you removed the guilt of my sin. Selah
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom should I be afraid?
If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.

But you, O Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head. But you, O Lord, are a shield to protect me; you are my glory and the one who raises my head high.
My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord.
When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul. When my anxious thoughts multiplied, your comfort filled my soul with joy.
You are indeed my rock and my fortress; for your name's sake lead me and guide me.You are truly my rock and my fortress; for the sake of your name, lead and guide me.
I lift up my eyes to the hills— from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.I lift up my eyes to the mountains; from where will I receive help? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

Hear, my child, and accept my words, that the years of your life may be many.Listen, my son, and take my words to heart, and the years of your life will be multiplied.
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God.Why are you so disheartened, O my soul? Why do you sigh within me? Place your hope in God; for I will once again praise him, my Savior and my God.
I stretch out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. SelahI stretch out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. Selah
