- For I know that this will turn out to my salvation through your prayers and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

Yahweh of Armies is the King of glory! Selah. - You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman as to the weaker vessel, as also being joint heirs of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
- And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
- The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom.
The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. - Of his own will he gave birth to us by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.
- For the customs of the peoples are vanity;
for one cuts a tree out of the forest,
the work of the hands of the workman with the ax.
They deck it with silver and with gold.
They fasten it with nails and with hammers,
so that it can’t move.
They are like a palm tree, of turned work,
and don’t speak.
They must be carried,
because they can’t move.
Don’t be afraid of them;
for they can’t do evil,
neither is it in them to do good. - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.
- The tongue of the righteous is like choice silver.
The heart of the wicked is of little worth. - That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him.
- Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let’s press on to perfection—not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God, of the teaching of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
- For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of Yahweh in the land of the living. - Being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
- That he may guard the paths of justice,
and preserve the way of his saints. - Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
- The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings out that which is good, and the evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings out that which is evil, for out of the abundance of the heart, his mouth speaks.
- The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s love, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
- The memory of the righteous is blessed,
but the name of the wicked will rot. - The prospect of the righteous is joy,
but the hope of the wicked will perish. - Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us.
Establish the work of our hands for us.
Yes, establish the work of our hands. - Having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which lives and remains forever.
- For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s.
