You must each decide in your heart how much to give. The Lord is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them his way. And God will generously provide all you need. So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world. Hebrews 4:9-10	Consequently, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His. sabbath rest work
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. So also Christ was offered once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake.
