“You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and every other commandment are all summed up in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery; You shall not murder; You shall not steal; You shall not covet”; and any other commandment, are summed up in this word, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Come now and let us discuss this, says the Lord. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be like snow. What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

The second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’

Beloved, we are God’s children now. What we shall be has not yet been revealed. However, we do know that when he appears we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he really is. What we do know is this: when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him as he is. And all who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.
What then shall we say? Should we persist in sin in order that grace may abound? Of course not! We have died to sin. How can we live in it any longer?What then are we to say? Should we continue in sin in order that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin go on living in it?

However, if the wicked renounce all of the sins that they have committed and keep all my statutes and do what is right and just, they shall surely live; they shall not die.But if the wicked turn away from all their sins that they have committed and keep all my statutes and do what is lawful and right, they shall surely live; they shall not die.
My soul thirsts for God, the living God. When shall I come to behold the face of God?My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and behold the face of God?
Therefore, when someone is guilty of any one of these things, he shall confess the sin he has committed.When you realize your guilt in any of these, you shall confess the sin that you have committed.
The Lord, your God, will bless you as he promised you. You will lend to many nations, but borrow from none. You shall rule over many nations, but none shall rule over you.When the Lord your God has blessed you, as he promised you, you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow; you will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.
You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain, for the Lord will not consider blameless those who take his name in vain.You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.
She will give birth to a son, and you shall name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.She will bear a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.
All this took place in order to fulfill what the Lord had announced through the prophet: “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and give birth to a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel,” a name that means “God is with us.”All this took place to fulfill what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet: “Look, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel,” which means, “God is with us.”
Follow my statutes and keep my commandments and obey them. Then I will give you rain in its proper season and the yield of the land shall increase and the trees of the field shall bear their fruit.If you follow my statutes and keep my commandments and observe them faithfully, I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

What then should we say? That the Law is sinful? Absolutely not! Yet if it had not been for the Law, I would not have known what sin was. I would not have known what covet is if the Law had not said, “You shall not covet.”What then should we say? That the law is sin? By no means! Yet, if it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin. I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”
