- If therefore they tell you, ‘Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ don’t go out; or ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ don’t believe it. For as the lightning flashes from the east, and is seen even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
- This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
- Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil,
to cut off their memory from the earth. - He was there with Yahweh forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread, nor drank water. He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.
- My doctrine will drop as the rain.
My speech will condense as the dew,
as the misty rain on the tender grass,
as the showers on the herb. - When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.
- Yahweh’s name is a strong tower:
the righteous run to him, and are safe. - God will bless us.
All the ends of the earth shall fear him. - He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.” - He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to the whole creation.”
- So the assemblies throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were built up. They were multiplied, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit.
- For so has the Lord commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles,
that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’ - Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous.
His ears listen to their cry. - He who has the Son has the life. He who doesn’t have God’s Son doesn’t have the life.
- Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
- I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever! Amen!”
- Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight; for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.
- Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
- Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh,
the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance. - And saying, “The time is fulfilled, and God’s Kingdom is at hand! Repent, and believe in the Good News.”
- But he who endures to the end will be saved.
- For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
- Children’s children are the crown of old men;
the glory of children is their parents. - Haven’t you known?
Haven’t you heard?
The everlasting God, Yahweh,
the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint.
He isn’t weary.
His understanding is unsearchable. - For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with God’s trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
