Chinese (traditional)This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us. And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And this is the boldness we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And thus we can have confidence in him
that if we ask anything
that is in accordance with his will,
he hears us. In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.” Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.Next verse! With image
