Bible Verses about 'Us'
- May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us nor forsake us.
- For you, God, tested us;
you refined us like silver. - Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”
- Give us today our daily bread.
- And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one. - Come, let us bow down in worship,
let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. - What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
- We love because He first loved us.
- This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.
- Not to us, Lord, not to us
but to your name be the glory,
because of your love and faithfulness. - Let us examine our ways and test them,
and let us return to the Lord. - Help us, God our Savior,
for the glory of your name;
deliver us and forgive our sins
for your name’s sake. - No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
- Restore us, Lord God Almighty;
make your face shine on us,
that we may be saved. - For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
- And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors. - He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time.
- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
- He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
- Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
- So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.
- All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.
- And walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
- Who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
- The one who keeps God’s commands lives in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.
May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us;
establish the work of our hands for us—
yes, establish the work of our hands.Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.Next verse!With image
