Chinese (traditional)By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us—and we ought to lay down our lives for one another. By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. This is how we know what love is:
he laid down his life for us,
and we in turn must be prepared
to lay down our lives for our brethren. When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.Next verse! With image
