Chinese (traditional)So we say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me?” So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. So we can confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear;
what can man do to me?” So we may boldly say:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” So we can say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper,
so I will have no fear.
What can mere people do to me?” So we can say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” So that with good courage we say,
“The Lord is my helper. I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” Therefore, we can say with confidence:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” Better a patient person than a warrior,
one with self-control than one who takes a city. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.Next verse!With image
