Bible Verses about the Crucifixion
- He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that, having died to sins, we might live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.

every eye will see him,
even those who pierced him,
and all the tribes of the earth will wail on account of him.
So it is to be. Amen. - For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.

- I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
- Then Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” Having said this, he breathed his last.
- When Jesus had received the wine, he said, “It is finished.” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
- Over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
