For the despairing man there should be kindness from his friend; So that he does not abandon the fear of the Almighty. | To him who is afflicted, kindness should be shown by his friend, Even though he forsakes the fear of the Almighty. |

The Lord also restored the fortunes of Job when he prayed for his friends, and the Lord increased double all that Job had. | And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. |
