You shall be holy to me; for I the Lord am holy, and I have separated you from the other peoples to be mine.

You shall be holy, for I, the Lord, am holy. I have chosen you from among all people that you shall be mine.

The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?
