Bible Verses about '1 Corinthians 7:3'

The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise the wife also to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; and likewise the husband also does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. The husband should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and likewise the wife to her husband. For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.
But because of sexual immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. But because of cases of sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband.
Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.Do not deprive one another except perhaps by agreement for a set time, to devote yourselves to prayer, and then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
Therefore, concerning the eating of food sacrificed to idols, we know that an idol is nothing at all in the world, and that there is no God but one.Hence, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that “no idol in the world really exists,” and that “there is no God but one.”
Yet for us there is only one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him.Yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.
Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. So they do it to obtain a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.Athletes exercise self-control in all things; they do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable one.
But I strictly discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified. But I punish my body and enslave it, so that after proclaiming to others I myself should not be disqualified.
No temptation has overtaken you except something common to mankind; and God is faithful, so He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.
All things are permitted, but not all things are of benefit. All things are permitted, but not all things build people up.“All things are lawful,” but not all things are beneficial. “All things are lawful,” but not all things build up.
No one is to seek his own advantage, but rather that of his neighbor.Do not seek your own advantage, but that of the other.
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.
For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ. For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit. For in the one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.
If I speak with the tongues of mankind and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
If I have the gift of prophecy and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
And if I give away all my possessions to charity, and if I surrender my body so that I may glory, but do not have love, it does me no good.If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered.Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful.
It does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; it keeps every confidence, it believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. It does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
But now faith, hope, and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love. And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.
Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand, by which you also are saved, if you hold firmly to the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. Now I would remind you, brothers and sisters, of the good news that I proclaimed to you, which you in turn received, in which also you stand, through which also you are being saved, if you hold firmly to the message that I proclaimed to you—unless you have come to believe in vain.
For I handed down to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. For I handed on to you as of first importance what I in turn had received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures, and that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures.
For since by a man death came, by a Man also came the resurrection of the dead. For since death came through a human being, the resurrection of the dead has also come through a human being.
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. For as all die in Adam, so all will be made alive in Christ.
Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals.”Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
Sober up morally and stop sinning, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.Come to a sober and right mind, and sin no more; for some people have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.

The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law.The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
