| The statement is trustworthy: For if we died with Him, we will also live with Him. | It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him. |

| Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. | Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. |
| For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? | For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God? |
| Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ. | Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. |
