2 corinthians (2/4)

Do everything in love.Let all that you do be done in love.
And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit.
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. For the love of Christ urges us on, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died. And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all consolation, who consoles us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to console those who are in any affliction with the consolation with which we ourselves are consoled by God.
Do not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.”Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.Do not seek your own advantage, but that of the other.
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.Keep alert, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong.
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. For as all die in Adam, so all will be made alive in Christ.
For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building. For we are God's servants, working together; you are God's field, God's building.
But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.
These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.
But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband. But because of cases of sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband.
Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.For since death came through a human being, the resurrection of the dead has also come through a human being.
God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.For what human being knows what is truly human except the human spirit that is within? So also no one comprehends what is truly God's except the Spirit of God.
However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him. But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him”
If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple. If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.
Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.

Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God—I say this to your shame.Come to a sober and right mind, and sin no more; for some people have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.
