Therefore, a Sabbath rest still remains for the people of God, since those who enter into God’s rest also cease from their own labors as God did from his.So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world.

They still did not understand the Scripture indicating that he must rise from the dead.Then the disciple who had reached the tomb first also went in, and he saw and believed— for until then they still hadn’t understood the Scriptures that said Jesus must rise from the dead.
Beloved, since God loved us so much, we should love one another.Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.
For where there is envy and selfish ambition, there will also be disharmony and every type of wickedness.For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and evil of every kind.
Hence, as sin’s reign resulted in death, so the grace of God also might reign through righteousness resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God’s wonderful grace rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Then I came to realize that all toil and skill in work derive from one person’s envy of another. This also is vanity and a chase after the wind.Then I observed that most people are motivated to success because they envy their neighbors. But this, too, is meaningless—like chasing the wind.
