Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children. Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.
Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.In the time of King Herod, after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, asking, “Where is the child who has been born king of the Jews? Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.Let the believer who is lowly boast in being raised up, and the rich in being brought low, because the rich will disappear like a flower in the field.
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters, since you know that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward; you serve the Lord Christ.
For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another.

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.Be careful then how you live, not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil.
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's own people, in order that you may proclaim the mighty acts of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law.All who have sinned apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.No longer present your members to sin as instruments of wickedness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and present your members to God as instruments of righteousness.
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. This God—his way is perfect; the promise of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. This God—his way is perfect; the promise of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit.
This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
