As (4/4)

In the day of prosperity be joyful, and in the day of adversity consider; God has made the one as well as the other, so that mortals may not find out anything that will come after them.In the day of prosperity be joyful, and in the day of adversity consider; yes, God has made the one side by side with the other, to the end that man should not find out anything after him.
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed through faith for faith; as it is written, “The one who is righteous will live by faith.”For in it is revealed God’s righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, “But the righteous shall live by faith.”
Iron sharpens iron, and one person sharpens the wits of another.Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance.
To the one who conquers I will give a place with me on my throne, just as I myself conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne.
Pray then in this way: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.Pray like this: ‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.’
All who have sinned apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
I will not leave you orphaned; I am coming to you.I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you.
But fornication and impurity of any kind, or greed, must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among saints. But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints.
So that, just as sin exercised dominion in death, so grace might also exercise dominion through justification leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. That as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
For just as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous. For as through the one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous.
But if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanses us from all sin.
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my whole being shall exult in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
So then, a sabbath rest still remains for the people of God; for those who enter God's rest also cease from their labors as God did from his. There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from his.
For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.
Observe the sabbath day and keep it holy, as the Lord your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work. But the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God; you shall not do any work—you, or your son or your daughter, or your male or female slave, or your ox or your donkey, or any of your livestock, or the resident alien in your towns, so that your male and female slave may rest as well as you.Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your God commanded you. You shall labor six days, and do all your work; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God, in which you shall not do any work— neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.
Instead, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in all your conduct; for it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”But just as he who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all of your behavior, because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”
Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.Bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.
Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
Just as you do not know how the breath comes to the bones in the mother's womb, so you do not know the work of God, who makes everything. As you don’t know what is the way of the wind, nor how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child; even so you don’t know the work of God who does all.
For God is not unjust; he will not overlook your work and the love that you showed for his sake in serving the saints, as you still do.For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them.
Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage.Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
When you are praying, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard because of their many words. In praying, don’t use vain repetitions as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking.
They shall be mine, says the Lord of hosts, my special possession on the day when I act, and I will spare them as parents spare their children who serve them.“They shall be mine,” says Yahweh of Armies, “my own possession in the day that I make. I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him.”
