Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty— he is the King of glory.
I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.
Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.
Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart.
Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord.He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.
Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”).
I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”
I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place.When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord; he brought me into a spacious place.
The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Salvation belongeth unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.From the Lord comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people.
The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the Lord, and humility comes before honor.
Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase.Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops.
The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.
To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.
