Christ (2/4)

Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
Instead, put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.
And my God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
For we have become partners of Christ, if only we hold our first confidence firm to the end.We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.
God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
But speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ has forgiven you.Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
But our citizenship is in heaven, and it is from there that we are expecting a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.
We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is justified not by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ. And we have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by doing the works of the law, because no one will be justified by the works of the law.We who are Jews by birth and not sinful Gentiles know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified.
May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance.
I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!
You who want to be justified by the law have cut yourselves off from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
For he has graciously granted you the privilege not only of believing in Christ, but of suffering for him as well. For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe in him, but also to suffer for him.
So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new! Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
And it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
For this purpose he called you through our proclamation of the good news, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
And live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.And walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ.Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
For I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance. For I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance.
May the God of steadfastness and encouragement grant you to live in harmony with one another, in accordance with Christ Jesus.May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.

For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.

Can a woman forget her nursing child,
or show no compassion for the child of her womb?
Even these may forget,
yet I will not forget you.
See, I have inscribed you on the palms of my hands;
your walls are continually before me.
