After Jesus had been born in Bethlehem of Judea during the reign of King Herod, wise men traveled from the east and arrived in Jerusalem, inquiring, “Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We saw the rising of his star, and we have come to pay him homage.” Matthew 2:1-2	Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of King Herod, behold, wise men from the east came to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is he who is born King of the Jews? Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by mutual consent for a specified time so as to devote yourselves to prayer. Out of the same mouth flow blessings and curses. This should not be so, my brethren. James 3:10	Out of the same mouth comes blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so. sin speaking worship
For it is by grace that you have been saved through faith. This has not come from you but from the gift of God. It does not come from works, so that no one can boast. The Lord said to Moses, “Climb up to me on the mountain and remain there. The time of fulfillment has arrived, and the kingdom of God is close at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel. Mark 1:15	And saying, “The time is fulfilled, and God’s Kingdom is at hand! Repent, and believe in the Good News.” kingdom conversion repentance
But who am I, and what are your people, that we should be able to do this? All things belong to you, and everything that we have given you is from your hand. 1 Chronicles 29:14	But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly as this? I am the gate. Anyone who enters through me will be saved. He will go in and out and will find pasture. John 10:9	I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out and will find pasture. Jesus salvation

The love of the Lord is never exhausted, nor do his deeds of mercy ever come to an end. They are renewed every morning; his faithfulness never ceases. Lamentations 3:22-23	It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his mercies don’t fail. They are new every morning. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor present things, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. While he was departing as they gazed upward toward the sky, suddenly two men dressed in white robes stood beside them, and they said, “Men of Galilee, why are you standing there looking up into the sky? This Jesus who has been taken up from you into heaven will come back in the same way as you have seen him going into heaven.” Acts 1:10-11	While they were looking steadfastly into the sky as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white clothing, who also said, “You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? Let no one deceive you in any way. That Day cannot come before the final rebellion occurs and the lawless one is revealed, the son of destruction. He is the adversary who sets himself in opposition to, and exalts himself above, every so-called god or object of worship, and who even seats himself in the temple of God, declaring himself to be God. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4	Let no one deceive you in any way. We have come to know and to believe in the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him. 1 John 4:16	We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him. trust love God
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you waverers. James 4:8	Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners. Purify your hearts, you double-minded. sin purification righteousness
Repent, therefore, and be converted so that your sins may be wiped away. Acts 3:19	Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. conversion sin forgiveness
Jesus answered, “Amen, I say to you, there is no one who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands for my sake and for the sake of the gospel who will not receive in this age a hundred times more houses, brothers and sisters, mothers and children, and lands—as well as persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.” Mark 10:29-30	Jesus said, “Most certainly I tell you, there is no one who has left house, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or land, for my sake, and for the sake of the Good News, but he will receive one hundred times more now in this time: houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and land, with persecutions; and in the age to come eternal life.” evangelism blessing persecution
The Lord does not delay in keeping his promise, as some think in terms of delay, but he is patient with you. It is not his wish that any should perish but rather that all should be brought to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9	The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance. salvation patience conversion
Therefore, he has the full power to save those who approach God through him, since he lives forever to intercede for them. Hebrews 7:25	Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them. eternal life Savior salvation
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and then you will be my witnesses not only in Jerusalem, but throughout Judea and Samaria, and indeed to the farthest ends of the earth. He then called the people and his disciples to him and said to them, “Anyone who wishes to follow me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.” Mark 8:34	He called the multitude to himself with his disciples and said to them, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” salvation Jesus following

His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. Since you have been faithful in small matters, I will give you much greater responsibilities. Come and share your master’s joy.’

His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
