I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you.
Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.Don’t misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose.
I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners and need to repent.
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”
Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker.
Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.In those days when you pray, I will listen.
Heal the sick in it and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’Heal the sick, and tell them, ‘The Kingdom of God is near you now.’
Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you.
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?I thirst for God, the living God. When can I go and stand before him?
So that by God's will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company.Then, by the will of God, I will be able to come to you with a joyful heart, and we will be an encouragement to each other.
The wise of heart will receive commandments, but a babbling fool will come to ruin.The wise are glad to be instructed, but babbling fools fall flat on their faces.
For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.So you see, just as death came into the world through a man, now the resurrection from the dead has begun through another man.
He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right!
Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves.
For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ.
Before destruction a man's heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.Haughtiness goes before destruction; humility precedes honor.
The fear of the Lord is instruction in wisdom, and humility comes before honor.Fear of the Lord teaches wisdom; humility precedes honor.
A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.There are “friends” who destroy each other, but a real friend sticks closer than a brother.
“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”“I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.”
I came from the Father and have come into the world, and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father.Yes, I came from the Father into the world, and now I will leave the world and return to the Father.
Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.Those who control their tongue will have a long life; opening your mouth can ruin everything.
And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”Then he said to the crowd, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me.”
