taken up in glory. - And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
- For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
- For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
- For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.
- Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
