But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves.

For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man.
Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust in the name of Yahweh our God.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge, but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.
The way of the Lord is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.The way of Yahweh is a stronghold to the upright, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity.
He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh.
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, and received up in glory.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh, and whose confidence is in Yahweh. For he will be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes, but its leaf will be green, and will not be concerned in the year of drought. It won’t cease from yielding fruit.

Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.You shall keep the commandments of Yahweh your God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
