If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever.And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever.

This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
