Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful.Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.
Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble.Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble.
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent.Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent.
