If you refuse to listen to me and do not sincerely resolve to give glory to my name, says the Lord of hosts, I will send a curse on you, and I will turn your blessings into a curse. Therefore, whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops. For as it is written, “Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor has the human heart imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9	But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.” love reward
The seed sown among thorns is the one who hears the word, but worldly cares and the lure of riches choke the word and it bears no fruit. Matthew 13:22	What was sown among the thorns, this is he who hears the word, but the cares of this age and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. And if we know that he hears us in regard to whatever we ask him, we may be sure that all we ask of him will be ours. 1 John 5:15	And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. trust prayer listening
If your brother wrongs you, go and take up the matter with him when the two of you are alone. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over.
