Him37paul (3/4)

The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned. But the Lord will redeem those who serve him. No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth. For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.
For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.”As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.”
Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Those who feel free to eat anything must not look down on those who don’t. And those who don’t eat certain foods must not condemn those who do, for God has accepted them.
Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart.Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.
Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him!
Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is. And all who have this eager expectation will keep themselves pure, just as he is pure.
Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.Every word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to him for protection.
So Peter was kept in prison, but earnest prayer for him was made to God by the church. But while Peter was in prison, the church prayed very earnestly for him.
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.
And being made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him.In this way, God qualified him as a perfect High Priest, and he became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey him.
Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you seven times, but seventy-seven times.”Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven!”
But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life. But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.
So you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God by walking in his ways and by fearing him.So obey the commands of the Lord your God by walking in his ways and fearing him.
By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.
Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.
And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him on the way.And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road.
Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him.Dear friends, if we don’t feel guilty, we can come to God with bold confidence. And we will receive from him whatever we ask because we obey him and do the things that please him.
Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love. But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love.
And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”
That I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death.I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death.
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him.
As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.
For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority. For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.
If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him, and if he sins against you seven times in the day, and turns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.If another believer sins, rebuke that person; then if there is repentance, forgive. Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive.

Woe to him who strives with him who formed him, a pot among earthen pots! Does the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’ or ‘Your work has no handles’?What sorrow awaits those who argue with their Creator. Does a clay pot argue with its maker? Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying, ‘Stop, you’re doing it wrong!’ Does the pot exclaim, ‘How clumsy can you be?’
