Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.
After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.
His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.As His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.
He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.
It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him.You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
For he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones.He guards the paths of justice, And preserves the way of His saints.
But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold. My feet have closely followed his steps; I have kept to his way without turning aside.But He knows the way that I take; When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold. My foot has held fast to His steps; I have kept His way and not turned aside.
This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin, and clothed them.
As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.As a father pities his children, So the Lord pities those who fear Him.
But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’
But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love.Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy.
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.Who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance.Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance.
Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his.There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.
Praise the Lord. Blessed are those who fear the Lord, who find great delight in his commands.Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments.
No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being.
The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife.Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.

Above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is jesus, the king of the jews.And they put up over His head the accusation written against Him: THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
