I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid Of a man who will die, And of the son of a man who will be made like grass?I, I am he who comforts you; who are you that you are afraid of man who dies, of the son of man who is made like grass.
Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.
And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”And behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown.
He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense with me, to repay each one for what he has done.
He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I was sought by those who did not ask for Me; I was found by those who did not seek Me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am,’ To a nation that was not called by My name.I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me; I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here I am, here I am,” to a nation that was not called by my name.
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you.I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account.
Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ”Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”

While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!”He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”
