I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take away your crown. | I am coming quickly; hold firmly to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. |
That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. Hear my prayer, O Lord! Listen to my cries for help! Don’t ignore my tears. Do not add to or subtract from these commands I am giving you. Just obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you. | You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, nor take away from it, so that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I am commanding you. |
