And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good? | Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good? |
Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. | If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over. |

And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him. | Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him. |
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? | What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? |
He who keeps instruction is in the way of life, But he who refuses correction goes astray. | Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray. |
For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. | For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. |
He who walks with integrity walks securely, But he who perverts his ways will become known. | Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out. |
Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. | Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. |
