No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us.
So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him.The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him.
Just as everyone dies because we all belong to Adam, everyone who belongs to Christ will be given new life. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
Whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear!Accordingly, whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
A single day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else! I would rather be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked. For a day in Your courtyards is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God Than live in the tents of wickedness.
You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. And whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. Therefore I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in distresses, in persecutions, in difficulties, in behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong.
Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. Not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.
I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me?In God, whose word I praise, In God I have put my trust; I shall not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?
Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ.
Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father, who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.’
I will teach you wisdom’s ways and lead you in straight paths.I have instructed you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in upright paths.
When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.
Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers.Blessed is the person who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!
Our God is in the heavens, and he does as he wishes. But our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases.
I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them. And I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.
Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!
Without question, this is the great mystery of our faith: Christ was revealed in a human body and vindicated by the Spirit. He was seen by angels and announced to the nations. He was believed in throughout the world and taken to heaven in glory.Beyond question, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the flesh, Was vindicated in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Proclaimed among the nations, Believed on in the world, Taken up in glory.
Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.
My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.Let the peace of Christ, to which you were indeed called in one body, rule in your hearts; and be thankful.
For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority. For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over every ruler and authority.
But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.
You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus.

Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.One who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will lodge in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!”
