The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad.This is the day which the Lord has made; Let’s rejoice and be glad in it.
How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brothers to live together in unity!
It is a trap to dedicate something rashly and only later to consider one’s vows.It is a trap for a person to say carelessly, “It is holy!” And after the vows to make inquiry.

He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”But He said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and follow it.”
Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land? Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back some of the proceeds of the land? While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not under your control? Why is it that you have conceived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men, but to God.”
So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.But if we hope for what we do not see, through perseverance we wait eagerly for it.

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?For what does it benefit a person to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?
You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will do it.
Cast but a glance at riches, and they are gone, for they will surely sprout wings and fly off to the sky like an eagle.When you set your eyes on it, it is gone. For wealth certainly makes itself wings Like an eagle that flies toward the heavens.
You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to keep many people alive.
Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you; for this is My blood of the covenant, which is being poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.”
When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.
It is to one’s honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel.Avoiding strife is an honor for a person, But any fool will quarrel.
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Your light must shine before people in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.The unfolding of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.
