| Even though you intended to do harm to me, God intended it for good, in order to preserve a numerous people, as he is doing today. | But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. |
| Return, faithless Israel, says the Lord. I will not look on you in anger, for I am merciful, says the Lord; I will not be angry forever. | Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the Lord, and I will not keep anger for ever. |
| Finally, all of you, have unity of spirit, sympathy, love for one another, a tender heart, and a humble mind. | Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous. |
| Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord. | Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord. |
