Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being.Don’t be concerned for your own good but for the good of others.
But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.Just say a simple, ‘Yes, I will,’ or ‘No, I won’t.’ Anything beyond this is from the evil one.
So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.
Sing to the Lord, For He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth.Sing to the Lord, for he has done wonderful things. Make known his praise around the world.

But “he who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends.As the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.” When people commend themselves, it doesn’t count for much. The important thing is for the Lord to commend them.
Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification.We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord.
Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God.
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith.
Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.So again I say, each man must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.
He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber.

Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.
Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established.Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path.
Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart, And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man.Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart. Then you will find favor with both God and people, and you will earn a good reputation.
Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone.
Now therefore, let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take care and do it, for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, no partiality, nor taking of bribes.Fear the Lord and judge with integrity, for the Lord our God does not tolerate perverted justice, partiality, or the taking of bribes.
