Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.Take care that no one deceives himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus.
Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.Nevertheless, as for you individually, each husband is to love his own wife the same as himself, and the wife must see to it that she respects her husband.

Who is wise? Let him understand these things. Who is prudent? Let him know them. So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.You know this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Now everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.

But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.But make sure your statement is, ‘Yes, yes’ or ‘No, no’; anything beyond these is of evil origin.
