- Come, let’s worship and bow down,
Let’s kneel before the Lord our Maker. - So then, let’s not sleep as others do, but let’s be alert and sober.
- Let’s examine and search out our ways,
And let’s return to the Lord. - If we live by the Spirit, let’s follow the Spirit as well.
- Little children, let’s not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.
- Let’s not become discouraged in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not become weary.
- Let’s hold firmly to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
- This is the day which the Lord has made;
Let’s rejoice and be glad in it. - Therefore, since we also have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let’s rid ourselves of every obstacle and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us.
- Beloved, let’s love one another; for love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
- Therefore let’s not judge one another anymore, but rather determine this: not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block in a brother’s or sister’s way.
- Therefore let’s make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following the same example of disobedience.
- So then, while we have opportunity, let’s do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.
- Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.
- Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
- And let’s consider how to encourage one another in love and good deeds, not abandoning our own meeting together, as is the habit of some people, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.
- “Come now, and let us debate your case,”
Says the Lord,
“Though your sins are as scarlet,
They shall become as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be like wool.” - His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter the joy of your master.’
- Then God said, “Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the livestock and over all the earth, and over every crawling thing that crawls on the earth.”
- Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, of instruction about washings and laying on of hands, and about the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment.
Pursue peace with all people, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. Train up a child in the way he should go,
Even when he grows older he will not abandon it.Next verse!With image
