- Let brotherly love continue. Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it.
- But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
- Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning,
for I trust in you.
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
for I lift up my soul to you. - But I will sing of your strength.
Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning.
For you have been my high tower,
a refuge in the day of my distress. - It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed,
because his mercies don’t fail.
They are new every morning.
Great is your faithfulness. - I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go.
I will counsel you with my eye on you. - “For the mountains may depart,
and the hills be removed,
but my loving kindness will not depart from you,
and my covenant of peace will not be removed,”
says Yahweh who has mercy on you. - But Yahweh’s loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him,
his righteousness to children’s children,
to those who keep his covenant,
to those who remember to obey his precepts. - For I command you today to love Yahweh your God, to walk in his ways and to keep his commandments, his statutes, and his ordinances, that you may live and multiply, and that Yahweh your God may bless you in the land where you go in to possess it.
- My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? - Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.
- He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God, for God is love.
- We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.
- For who is God, except Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.

I will not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me? - But as for me, I will look to Yahweh.
I will wait for the God of my salvation.
My God will hear me. - My salvation and my honor is with God.
The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. - Preserve me, God, for I take refuge in you.
- The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit.
O God, you will not despise a broken and contrite heart.
