| Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? | Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? |
| Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. | Therefore, we do not lose heart. Even though our outer self is continuing to decay, our inner self is being renewed day by day. |
