| Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. | Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness. | Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Let your gracious Spirit lead me along a level path. |
| I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. | Therefore, brethren, I implore you by the mercies of God to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice that is holy and acceptable to God—a spiritual act of worship. |
