My pleasure (2/4)

Hear my prayer, Yahweh, and give ear to my cry. Don’t be silent at my tears. For I am a stranger with you, a foreigner, as all my fathers were.Hear my prayer, O Lord; do not be deaf to my cry or ignore my weeping. For I am a wayfarer before you, a nomad like all my ancestors.
I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart. To do your will, O God, is my delight; your law is in my heart.
My son, if your heart is wise, then my heart will be glad, even mine.My son, if your heart is wise, then my heart will be glad.
I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them.I will put my Spirit in you and make you follow my statutes and my ordinances.
My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him.In God alone be at rest, O my soul; it is from him that my hope comes.
He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me, and I in him.Whoever feeds upon my flesh and drinks my blood dwells in me and I dwell in him.
Lord, all my desire is before you. My groaning is not hidden from you.O Lord, all my longing is known to you, and my sighs are not hidden from you.
I cried to him with my mouth. He was extolled with my tongue.I lifted up my voice in prayer to him; his praise was on my tongue.
I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah. Then I acknowledged my sin to you, and I made no attempt to conceal my guilt. I said, “I will confess my offenses to the Lord,” and you removed the guilt of my sin. Selah
Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom should I be afraid?
You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am Yahweh.Observe my Sabbaths and stand in awe before my sanctuary. I am the Lord.
When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.As long as I remained silent, my body wasted away as the result of my groaning throughout the day.
If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
Behold, God is my helper. The Lord is the one who sustains my soul.Surely God is my helper; the Lord is the one who sustains me.
“Yahweh is my portion,” says my soul. “Therefore I will hope in him.”The Lord is my portion, I say to myself; therefore, I will place my hope in him.
But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head. But you, O Lord, are a shield to protect me; you are my glory and the one who raises my head high.
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord.
In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; and so you will be my disciples.By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.
If you love me, keep my commandments. If you love me, you will keep my commandments.
For you are my rock and my fortress, therefore for your name’s sake lead me and guide me.You are truly my rock and my fortress; for the sake of your name, lead and guide me.
In the multitude of my thoughts within me, your comforts delight my soul. When my anxious thoughts multiplied, your comfort filled my soul with joy.
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.I lift up my eyes to the mountains; from where will I receive help? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God.Why are you so disheartened, O my soul? Why do you sigh within me? Place your hope in God; for I will once again praise him, my Savior and my God.
Listen, my son, and receive my sayings. The years of your life will be many.Listen, my son, and take my words to heart, and the years of your life will be multiplied.
I spread out my hands to you. My soul thirsts for you, like a parched land. Selah.I stretch out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. Selah

But as for me, I will look to Yahweh. I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.But as for me, I will look to the Lord. I place my hope in God my savior; my God will hear me.

Random Bible Verse

Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh,
and whose confidence is in Yahweh.
For he will be as a tree planted by the waters,
who spreads out its roots by the river,
and will not fear when heat comes,
but its leaf will be green,
and will not be concerned in the year of drought.
It won’t cease from yielding fruit.
