Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? | The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid? |
You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am Yahweh. | Observe my Sabbaths and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the Lord. |

Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God. | Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. |
Listen, my son, and receive my sayings. The years of your life will be many. | Listen, my son, accept what I say, and the years of your life will be many. |
