I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. | These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God. |

Jesus addressed them once again, saying, “I am the light of the world. The one who follows me will never walk in darkness. The one who sows in his flesh will reap a harvest of corruption, but the one who sows in the Spirit will reap from the Spirit the reward of eternal life. | For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. |
During the day the Lord grants his kindness, and at night his praise is with me, a prayer to the living God. | The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, And in the night His song shall be with me— A prayer to the God of my life. |

Fight the good fight of faith. But whoever drinks the water that I will give him will never be thirsty. Do not work for food that perishes but for the food that endures for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. If a man has recently been married, he is not to go off to battle nor have any other duty laid on him. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world. | I am the living bread which came down from heaven.
