Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin.” | Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. |
Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.” | Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me. |

And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment. | And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. |

Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? | Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? |
Watch yourselves, so that you may not lose what we have worked for, but may win a full reward. | Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. |
