| The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do his work have a good understanding. His praise endures forever! | The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; those who are guided by it will grow in understanding. His praise will last forever. |
| Praise Yah! Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly in his commandments. | Alleluia. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his precepts. |

| Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart. | Blessed are those who observe his statutes and seek him with their whole heart. |
| I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments. | I will praise you in sincerity of heart as I ponder your righteous judgments. |
