Bible Verses about 'Repay'
- God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”
- The wicked borrow and do not repay,
but the righteous give generously. - Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.
- Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.
- Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done.
- For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.
- “And with you, Lord, is unfailing love”;
and, “You reward everyone
according to what they have done.” - Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.
